THINQ Learning Solutions, Inc. represents training providers; it does not provide the learning that you are purchasing. Unfortunately, from time to time training classes are cancelled or changed due to a variety of reasons, including under enrolment, course instructor shortages, re-allocation of learning resources and other logistical problems. While THINQ Learning Solutions, Inc. will work with you to change your course registration where possible, these class changes and cancellations are not within THINQ's control. Accordingly, THINQ Learning Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for any loss, damage, liability, expense or other problem or cost that you may incur or that may arise as a result of your class being cancelled, or as a result of any change in the subject matter, location or time of the class, or change in the instructor, facilities or equipment used in the class.

In addition, THINQ Learning Solutions, Inc. does not provide or make any undertaking as to the quality or nature of any of the products or services purchased through the Site, or any other representation, warranty or guaranty. Any such undertaking, representation, warranty or guaranty would be furnished solely by the provider of the applicable class, or learning material, product or service, under the terms agreed to by the provider. ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL THINQ LEARNING SOLUTIONS, INC. If you post or provide any material or information on or to the Site, you will ensure that none of this material or information will (i) violate, plagiarize, or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights; or (ii) contain libelous or otherwise unlawful material. These terms and conditions, any relationship resulting from the use of the Site, and the resolution of any dispute arising out of that relationship shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Massachusetts. THINQ is the trademark of THINQ Learning Solutions, Inc. All other trademarks appearing on the Site are owned by their respective companies. All text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software and other information and materials ("Content"), included on or provided through the Site are and will remain the sole and exclusive property of THINQ Learning Solutions, Inc. or its licensees and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all Content on the Site is the exclusive property of THINQ Learning Solutions, Inc. and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Copyright to all Content included on the Site is held by THINQ Learning Solutions, Inc. or its licensees.
