Information
Imprinting
& screen printing set-up charges
Unit prices shown in this price list include a one color imprint
on one location (either panel or tie-band) and a one color screen
set-up. Additional imprint charges and screen charges are shown
below. Minimum order 24 units, for orders less than 24 pieces
an LTM (less than minimum) charge of $75.00 applies. For Unprinted
goods, utilize the pricing from the next volume level up from
your order quantity.
Additional
screen printing charges
Standard set-up: $75.00 per color. Repeat set-up: $50.00 per color.
Note: Film is kept on file indefinitely.
Imprinting charges: $1.50 per color per panel, by location.
Personalized tie-band imprinting: $17.50 each, minimum twelve
(12) units. LTM (less than 12) charge $90.00.
Maximum
imprint sizes
Arc Size : 36” - 5” wide x 3” high, 43” - 6” wide x 4” high, 48”
- 8” wide x 7” high, 60” - 12” wide x 9” high.
Laser
engraving & set-up charges
Standard set-up: $90.00 per color. Repeat set-up : $60.00 per
color. Note: Digital files kept indefinitely.
Running charges: $5.00 per design, per location.
Personalized laser engraving: $12.50 each, minimum twelve (12)
units. LTM (less than 12) charge $100.00.
Direct-import
custom ordering
Based at custom orders imprinted prior to assembly at our China
manufacturing facility.
Standard set-up: $75.00 per color. Imprinting charges: $.75 per
color per panel, by location.
Delivery lead time 60-90 days. Minimum order quantity is 600 pieces
for ex-factory custom imprinted orders.
Artwork
requirements
We accept artwork in the following forms.
Hard Copy: artwork must be camera ready, color separated and including
type.
On Disk: PC formatted 3.5” floppy and zip disks - save files as
.eps, .cdr or .ai , we work in Corel Draw 10.0 and Illustrator
10.0 , we can accept Corel Draw files from 5.0 to 10.0 , and Illustrator
files from 5.0 to 10.0.

Production
Services
Artwork is sized by us according to order requirements. Half tone
artwork must be 55 line screen.
PMS ink color matching is included at no extra charge. Ink colors
will appear closer to uncoated PMS match.
color change screen wash charge: $25.00.
Artwork and type setting services are $37.50 per hour: minimum
charge one hour.
Pre-production proof charge: with confirmed order, $50.00 plus
price of product.
Speculative Sample: $75.00 plus screens plus price of product.
All or part may be credited toward order billing within 60 days.
Production
Time
Imprinted orders from domestic stock are generally shipped within
10-14 business days from receipt of purchase order and artwork.
Rush orders are handled as required. Unprinted orders from domestic
stock are shipped next day, subject to availability.
Packaging
& Individual Drop Shipping
Individual cartons - Folding Umbrellas: $4.00 each inserted, Executive
Umbrellas: $5.00 each inserted, Golf Umbrellas: $6.00 each inserted.
Split destinations and individual drop ship : $5.00 each per location,
address labels must be supplied.
Terms
& Conditions
Net 30 days, on approved account. A 50% deposit may be required
for Direct-Import orders. FOB our Vancouver, BC plant or our Etobicoke,
ON distribution centre. Taxes extra as applicable. Prices subject
to change without notice.
